I recently got my American Express Gold Card and I was surprised on how fast it got approved. If remember it right, it took a minute or so for my credit card application to be approved. The things that made me choose the credit card are the bonuses and rewards that it extends to the cardholder. The credit card offers $100 gift cards for every a thousand dollars spent during the initial three months from the issuance of the card. The card also gives me access to Gold Card events such as concerts, sporting events and shows that are exclusive for us cardholders. I think it is the only card that provides Purchase Protection that can cover for any incident of theft, loss or damage to some of my purchased items. The card also offers reward points for all my purchases which points I can redeem for various items. My American Express Gold Card is a real marvel.
